I'm really disappointed with this purchase.

The product doesn't match the quality that was advertised — my expectations were completely different based on the description and photos shown online/in the store. After just a short time of use, several flaws became apparent, clearly pointing to corners being cut on materials or quality control. What's especially frustrating is the way customers are treated. When I tried to clarify some details or resolve the issue, I was met with a purely formal response and a complete lack of willingness to actually look into the situation. It feels like once the payment goes through, the customer stops mattering. I won't be buying anything here again, and I won't be recommending this place to anyone I know. I hate having to leave a review like this, but hopefully it helps the owner pay attention to the real issues instead of just focusing on profit.
